Please email your Repair Request to NESTJewelry@me.com and describe or send a photo of your requested repair.
We will provide a shipping label for items that are repairable. Items must be sent in a shipping box (not an envelope) and surrounded with bubble wrap or packing materials so that the items cannot move around in the box.
For earrings, please return the full pair so that we can ensure the pieces match after the repair or replacement.
